Introduction

Rillic.com (the "Platform") is a marketplace for discovering, evaluating, buying, and selling Rive animations and related digital assets. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement.
Provide accurate account information, keep it current, and protect your sign-in credentials.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Marketplace role

Rillic operates the marketplace checkout and digital-delivery experience. Sellers remain responsible for the rights, accuracy, quality, compatibility, support, and licensing of the products they submit. Buyers should evaluate each listing and its stated license before purchasing or using a product.

Payments and seller payouts

Payments and seller payouts are processed through Stripe.
For each completed individual sale, the seller receives 70% of the listed price and Rillic retains 30%, subject to later refund, dispute, provider, currency-conversion, or legally required adjustments.
Available seller balances are scheduled for automatic payout on Fridays. Payout availability and bank-arrival timing depend on Stripe, verification status, country, currency, and the receiving bank.
Rillic does not currently apply a separate minimum payout threshold or a fixed platform holding period. Stripe may delay, reserve, or restrict funds under its own requirements.
Taxes are not represented as automatically calculated, collected, or remitted unless the checkout expressly says so.

Refunds and payment disputes

A completed paid order may be eligible for a full refund before its product is downloaded. Post-download and technical-issue requests are reviewed individually, together with any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Payment disputes are handled through Rillic and Stripe. Buyers and sellers may need to provide relevant evidence, and seller earnings may be adjusted when a payment is refunded or disputed.

Product rights and licenses

Sellers retain the intellectual-property rights they hold in their original products.
A purchase grants only the usage rights stated on that product's listing or accompanying license. It does not transfer ownership of the seller's copyright unless the listing expressly says so.
You may not copy, redistribute, sublicense, or resell a product except as its stated license permits.

Content and acceptable use

You may not use the Platform to:

Break applicable law or infringe another person's rights.
Upload content you do not own or have permission to distribute.
Upload malicious, deceptive, or intentionally harmful content.
Commit fraud, manipulate reviews, spam users, bypass access or payment controls, or interfere with the Platform.
Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, product, or rights.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access, remove a listing, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Seller balances remain subject to valid refunds, disputes, Stripe restrictions, and legal requirements; account termination does not by itself forfeit a valid balance.

Service availability

Digital products and the Platform are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every seller product will be suitable for a particular project. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rillic.com and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform or transactions conducted on the Platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Rillic.com and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

General terms

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
These terms and the policies they expressly incorporate form the agreement governing your use of the Platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Platform changes. The current version and its last-updated date will be posted on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice before a change takes effect.
